I have spent several years of my career as an Human Resources Executive managing and heading-up the Human Resources departments of multinational and local organisations in the South African corporate market space. I am a multi-talented leader and a strategic thinker who connects easily with people, inspiring them to realise their potential to ensure the execution and delivery of strategic objectives whilst facilitating the realisation of intellectual and emotional potential and mental well-being.

The Default Program

Our interests, abilities, strengths, personality traits, talents, gifts etc are resources provided to us to fulfil our life’s mission.

We all have a life purpose, a unique plan for our lives and it is tailored just for us. Finding it and pursuing it is what gives us a sense of achievement, security, peace, fulfilment, autonomy etc.

Discovering your life purpose may not happen overnight, it may take time. As such it is important to feel a sense of autonomy over the journey and the choices it may take along the path to getting there. Whether you are making decisions regarding which school to attend, the subjects to choose, which profession to pursue etc., all these decisions are an integral part of the process.

Psychological assessments provide useful information and make the process that much easier. For adolescents assessments are beneficial in helping them make subject choices and career choices that are in alignment with their abilities, interests, competencies etc and for adults assessments help facilitate career change or transition decisions.

As a licensed clinician, I am passionate about using psychological instruments and interventions to help children, adolescents and adults make life changing decisions and become the best version of themselves.
